أسرة الشهيد محمد سعيد يادين تُعرب عن استيائها من تأخر العدالة وتتمسك بخيار القضاء

أصدرت أسرة الشهيد محمد سعيد يادين بيان  أعربت فيه عن غضبها وإستياءها  الشديد من تأخر إحالة قضية الشهيد إلى القضاء رغم مرور قرابة الشهرين والنصف على مقتله، معتبرة أن هذا التأخير يمسّ العدالة ويضاعف من معاناة الأسرة والمجتمع.

وقدّمت الأسرة شكرها وتقديرها لشباب ومواطني مديرية تريم ومحافظة حضرموت على تضامنهم ومتابعتهم المستمرة للقضية، مؤكدة أن هذا الموقف الشعبي يعكس وعي المجتمع بأهمية الدفاع عن الحق والعدالة.

وأكدت الأسرة تمسكها بخيار القضاء باعتباره السبيل الوحيد لتحقيق العدالة والقصاص العادل، مجددة دعوتها لتشكيل لجنة وزارية للتحقيق في أحداث المدينة، مشيرة إلى أن قضية الشهيد لم تعد قضية أسرية، بل قضية رأي عام تمسّ كرامة المجتمع بأسره.

وثمّنت الأسرة روح التضامن التي أظهرها أبناء تريم وحضرموت، داعية الجميع إلى الاستمرار في المطالبة بالحق والعدالة حتى يتحقق الإنصاف، كما دعت المنظمات الحقوقية والإنسانية المحلية والدولية إلى الوقوف مع أسرة الشهيد ودعم قضيتها.

وختم البيان بالدعاء بالرحمة للشهيد، مؤكدًا أن “الله وليّ المظلومين، والعدالة لا بد أن تأخذ مجراها مهما طال الزمن.”

The family of the martyr Muhammad Saeed Yadin issued a statement of discontent, expressing its deep anger over the delay in referring the martyr’s case to the judiciary, despite nearly two and a half months having passed since his death. The family considered this delay a violation of justice that further deepens the suffering of the family and the community.

The family extended its gratitude and appreciation to the youth and citizens of Tarim District and Hadramout Governorate for their solidarity and continuous follow-up of the case, affirming that this public stance reflects the community’s awareness of the importance of defending truth and justice.

The family reaffirmed its firm commitment to the judiciary as the only path to achieve justice and fair retribution, renewing its call for the formation of a ministerial committee to investigate the city’s events. It emphasized that the martyr’s case is no longer a family issue, but a matter of public concern that touches the dignity of the entire community.

The family highly valued the spirit of solidarity shown by the people of Tarim and Hadramout, calling on everyone to continue demanding truth and justice until fairness is achieved. It also called on local and international human rights and humanitarian organizations to support the case and stand with the martyr’s family.

The statement concluded with a prayer for the martyr’s soul, affirming that “God is the protector of the oppressed, and justice must take its course no matter how long it takes.”
